I absolutely loved it and this is why…

Easy to put together

I usually ask hubby to put anything to do with furniture together, but I saw the instructions and it looked easy. Even at 4 months pregnant, I was able to easily put the tent together. Maybe if the tent was bigger (ours is a single) I might of needed help, but it was very easy to set up  and much sturdier than I expected.

Practical

The tent can be used in two ways. It can either go on top of your kids bed OR you can set up a tent on the floor and move your kids mattress in there. We asked our daughter what she preferred, and she wanted the tent set up on the floor. Since we have the room, we did set it up on the floor, but I love that we can easily put it on her bed should we need to.

Save on heating

Now that winter has arrived, we have the problem of our daughter getting too cold at night. This usually means we have to turn the heater on and of course, means a lot of money spent on heating bills during the winter months. These tents are able to retain heat inside the tent, making it warmer for your kids to sleep in and saving you money on your heating bills! Bonus!

Multi-use

Since setting up the tent in Mia’s bedroom, the tent has also become a place for us to play in. I love that it’s so big and roomy that I can fit inside and play with Mia. She loves to sit in her tent and read books or serve me ‘breakfast’ from her play kitchen. Regardless, I love how this space has been used not only for her sleep, but also to have fun in.

A better night sleep

Since Mia has been sleeping in the Sleep8 tent, I have found she is sleeping much better! Usually she will wake up once or twice a night crying. Since sleeping in her tent, she has been sleeping the whole night through! It’s been amazing. I’m not sure if it’s because she’s warmer, or once you close all the sides of the tent, she’s in a dark space, but either way, I love this tent so much because if she gets a good night’s sleep, then Mummy gets a good night’s sleep!
